Welcome to Sunny Canal. This beautiful three-bedroom canal front home is located on the North end of Fort Myers Beach and is a quick walk to the beach. Walking into the living area guests are greeted with a wall of sliding glass doors filtering the area with natural light. A cozy living area features two sofa sleepers, flat screen TV, and picturesque views of the canal. Whip up a delicious dinner in the evenings in the fully equipped kitchen. Open the sliding glass doors and choose to eat at the inside dining table, the outdoor table on the lanai, or both. The lanai is screened for extra comfort. The main level also includes a queen bedroom, full bathroom, and laundry. Up the spiral staircase to the third floor guests will find another queen bedroom, full bathroom, and the primary suite. The primary suite offers a king bed, large en suite, and a private balcony. Perfect location for your morning coffee. The balcony includes another spiral staircase to a small rooftop deck. Venturing to the ground floor there is a large pool, spill over spa, plenty of outdoor seating, and a bar with TV. Bring or rent kayaks and paddleboards to launch off the dock to make the most of the location. Sunny Canal is the perfect vacation home for the outdoor enthusiast.

Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. We loved our time at this house! We spent our family vacation here for a week. It was our first time traveling with our new grandson so we wanted a vacation location where things were conveniently located and we could stay busy right where we were. The pool and nearby restaurants made this the perfect option! The pool was or favorite for sure. Covered shady lounge area when needed and plenty of Florida sun too. The umbrellas around the pool wer also helpful. The decks off the living areas made for great game nights and relaxing morning coffee. We loved our stay!

Stairs all over this property, like we are talking 3 flights. The pool was cool, the location was great. The area has been affected by hurricanes and still rebuilding and I hate to say the beach is muddy and not very nice. I had to hunt for and ask for help finding the laundry area. It’s outside on the patio. Beds and overall home was good it’s just choppy since it’s two story.

Property could use some upgrades. HVAC is unbalanced with some areas cold and some warm. Overall craftsmanship is substandard. Did not think property had been cleaned very well as glass table in dining area was all smudged up when we got there.
