Welcome to Sunny Canal. This beautiful three-bedroom canal front home is located on the North end of Fort Myers Beach and is a quick walk to the beach. Walking into the living area guests are greeted with a wall of sliding glass doors filtering the area with natural light. A cozy living area features two sofa sleepers, flat screen TV, and picturesque views of the canal. Whip up a delicious dinner in the evenings in the fully equipped kitchen. Open the sliding glass doors and choose to eat at the inside dining table, the outdoor table on the lanai, or both. The lanai is screened for extra comfort. The main level also includes a queen bedroom, full bathroom, and laundry. Up the spiral staircase to the third floor guests will find another queen bedroom, full bathroom, and the primary suite. The primary suite offers a king bed, large en suite, and a private balcony. Perfect location for your morning coffee. The balcony includes another spiral staircase to a small rooftop deck. Venturing to the ground floor there is a large pool, spill over spa, plenty of outdoor seating, and a bar with TV. Bring or rent kayaks and paddleboards to launch off the dock to make the most of the location. Sunny Canal is the perfect vacation home for the outdoor enthusiast.

Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. Nice property very clean, and very close to restaurants and beach. The only downfall is the STAIRS! The spiral staircase to get to the bedrooms is really narrow.

Great location! 10 min walk to downtown Ft Myers Beach. House was very clean. Nice pool area. Lots of stairs at the complex. Overall nice stay.

Pool was green for two days so we were unable to use it till Monday! The stairs in the house were really hard for my disabled husband ! They should have an elevator for luggage etc. The spiral staircase is ridiculously , very hard for seniors to manage ! The kitchen utensils are sparse and cheap, The property’s location was very close to the beach and restaurants which was convenient. The living room furniture was very dirty, also were the rugs and the patio furniture. The master bed room’s TV was not working properly and you have to climb into the tub to use the shower which also was very hard for my husband. I have stayed in many rentals in Florida over the years and this house was NOT one of the Better ones, especially for how expensive it was for one week and the fact the pool was green and unable to use for two days and my Grandchildren could not use it was very disappointing! We really would not recommend this property to anyone as there are so many nicer homes for the Money !!!!
