Whether you prefer swimming, fishing, biking, or sunbathing, you can have it all in Navarre!
Island Oasis is a cheerful home with two bedrooms and two baths accommodating up to six. Bright and colorful decor welcomes you into this spacious waterfront home with gorgeous canal views, while cozy interiors encourage afternoons spent lounging the days away. Prepare delicious meals in the large, sunlit kitchen and savor your tasty dishes on the large back deck or front porch. Gather together for board games, a movie, or just casual conversation in the living room with plenty of room for friends and family. Take in stunning sunsets on the covered outdoor area while the kids relax on the swing overlooking the canal. It’s easy to drift off to sleep after a day of sun and sand in this quiet neighborhood designed for relaxation. Retreat to the master suite with a king-sized bed or the guest suite with two queen-sized beds, both featuring private access to the large deck outside. A full-sized washer and dryer, sand toys, parking for a boat trailer,, three kayaks, and room for three vehicles are additional conveniences to enjoy during your stay.
Although you’ll find everything needed in this coastal home away from home, be sure to venture out. You won’t want to miss Navarre beach, just a short walk or bike ride away, and you’ll find plenty of delicious restaurants nearby. Enjoy fresh seafood and excellent views at Dewey Destins or Juana’s Pagoda, stroll along the pier or embark on a dolphin sightseeing tour. You’ll find dozens of ways to play all day in Navarre!
Island Oasis offers a Golf Cart for rental at $75 per day. There are also two complimentary paddleboards and a Kayak.
Please note: Should you bring your own watercraft, the canal can accommodate up to a 30 ft boat, which can be tied at the back of the property where the dock area is located. The boat lift is not for guest use, nor is the boat trailer onsite. Any guest bringing a boat must launch at the public launch access.
Additional notes: Two dogs are permitted, but they must be under 50 lbs, and the non-refundable pet fee is an additional $300.
Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
A starter kit of amenities are provided for the first 24 hour period. Paper Towels, Roll of Toilet Paper per bathroom, 2 trash bags, travel size bathroom toiletries and kitchen amenities such as dishwasher pod, detergent etc. along with a washing machine Pod
2025 Blue Angels Practice Schedule: These practices are free and can be seen from the Pensacola Beach or Ft.Pickens which is a short 13-mile drive along the scenic route from Navarre Beach to Pensacola Beach.

All the amenities for a great stay. This unit was well furnished and had a lots of cookware. There was a kayak and 2 paddle boards available led to use. Even had a golf cart to rent. Thanks!

Location location location. Had the golf cart all week and was at the beach every morning and every evening. Close to everything we wanted to do and couldn’t have been happier.

We lived our stay. The house is set up perfectly with a bed and bath or either side of the living kitchen area. Under the house provides ample shade, breeze, seating with dining, and benches near the canal. The house was very clean and well equipped in the kitchen.
What a bonus to be on the canal to fish, swim and paddleboard. We loved our stay, no issues!

had some issues w cleanliness. Guest services not easy to reach. golf cart not included which we found quite misleading. have to pay extra and prices quoted and terms kept changing. Location is great though.
