This is a cute, clean, and updated bungalo on the beach. The management team is excellent and very accommodating, and the location is close to everything you need or want to do at PCB. The kitchen has fairly new appliances and was stocked with everything we need for cooking and serving. I believe the listing says it will accommodate 6, but we recommend no more than four as the bedrooms are small and there are no dressers or room for stuff. The sleeper sofa is also uncomfortable, and when open takes up most of the common area. Other than that, we highly recommend this rental.

We actually didn’t stay. There was construction next door which would have been nice to know. We didn’t even unload. Got back in the truck and drove to Santa Rosa beach and stayed. The problem with any stays like this is you get a picture of the house but not much else. It’s always a roll of the dice on what you get when you show up. From now on I will stay in places I’m familiar with so I don’t get burned. If I was still 20 with no kids it probably wouldn’t have been a big deal. If you have a family you may want to rethink. More of a personal preference I suppose. The company is responsive and the place seemed clean. Just wasn’t for us. We normally wouldn’t have booked in PCB to begin with but it was a rebook from a soccer tournament that got canceled.
