About this house rental
Waterdance Bldg J, 38 sleeps 16 in 4 bedrooms. There is 1 master bedroom on the main floor with full en suite bathroom. The main floor has one queen sofa sleeper in the main living room. The second floor has two bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each and attached bathroom. There is another bedroom with 2 twin bunk beds (4 twin beds total) and a small playroom.

Second Bedroom: Second Floor - 2 Queen Beds, ensuite bath - Sleeps 4
Third Bedroom: Second Floor - 2 Queen Beds, ensuite bath - Sleeps 4
Fourth Bedroom: Second Floor - 2 Twin Bunks - Sleeps 4
Can be combined with unit 39 in building J to sleep a total of 32.
All rentals have access to our heated outdoor pool(open May-September) and year-round indoor recreation center with indoor pool, conference room, playground, pickleball, ping pong, and more.
Each home has a fully stocked kitchen as well as some consumables stocked(soap, shampoo, dish soap, etc.) Each has a BBQ grill on the patio for your use as well. Most cookware that you will need is stocked in the condo such as blender, toaster, griddle, dishware, and pots and pans.
We provide satellite TV to all homes as well as high speed wifi. Please understand that Garden City is a rural community and these things can come and go depending on weather and many other factors. A lot of the time we don't have control over outages and usually it is back up within a few hours but sometimes in can be longer. Most of the TVs in the home are smart TVs that are capable of streaming. We only provide live satellite TV to all of them.

The property was very nice and clean. Great lay out, everyone had space and their own bathrooms. Kitchen was fully stocked. Great location and fun amenities!

We were in Bear Lake for a family reunion. Our family came and helped settle the area. We have grown so much since then and had over60 people attend this year! We always camp but I wanted some back up accommodations for my family…..wow we were so impressed with your facilities! I got to swim with my first grandchild in your amazing pool. Everything was just delightful!! We will be back.
