Escape the routine in this private home located in beautiful Punta Cana. This spacious 2-level house has a beautiful private patio with a grill and a pool where you can enjoy a relaxing retreat away from the daily hustle.
Just 15-minute drive from the Punta Cana International airport, local beaches and other popular tourist attractions.
You’ll be a 5-minute drive from downtown Punta Cana, many grocery stores, restaurants, nightlife and entertainment such as Coco Bongo and the Hard Rock Café.
The space
This newly-built Villa has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. It also has a kitchen equipped with the essentials, a dining room, and a comfortable living room area with TV, couches, AC and ceiling fan.
In the backyard, you will find a walkout patio and green space, furnished with lounge chairs and an outdoor dining set. The patio also has an outdoor kitchen with a grill, and the outdoor utensils you need for grilling and outdoor dining are provided. The backyard is also surrounded by a fence for your privacy.
The backyard also has a private pool with massage jets. The pool and backyard have nightlights, so you can easily go from soaking up the tropical sunny days to enjoying a nightcap under the starry night sky in this relaxing oasis.
