A beautiful & quite ranch home. Renovated entirely with a lot of care and love as if the owner's family live there. 3 bedrooms are finished with 4 queen beds, TV in each room, 3 full baths, a living room w/ fireplace, and a kitchen. Well-equipped for you to prepare your meals and dinning. Enjoy your tea or coffee at lovely Jap. style tatami room, read/enjoy sunlight at fully Sunroom. House common areas were nice and inviting. The kitchen was well equipped. The sunroom was large and inviting. Outdoor spaces were neglected. One bedroom was small with no place to hang clothes. Guests were requested to not but toilet paper into the toilet which was a strange request for the urban setting but covered trash cans were provided to accommodate this request. The house was convenient to the Payne Corley House so the rental served its purpose for hosting my family for an out of town wedding at the Payne Corley House.
