Warm welcome, well explained instructions, easy and quick check in process, just what we needed after a long drive.
Check in. Clean room. Staff universally welcoming and helpful . Enjoyed World Cup final in the rooftop bar - fantastic evening🤩🇪🇸

Location, views from room and rooftop bar
1) No in-room safe - hotel offered an option for an additional per night charge. 2) No in-room fridge (I’m a diabetic and needed to keep insulin as well as other meds cool. Front desk did offer an option but I chose to keep my meds under my control. 3) Our room continuously smelled of sewage. Could not isolate the source and gave up trying. 4) Breakfast was outright expensive for quality and choice of food selection/offerings. We had it first day and skipped next two days. 5) Lastly, it was hard to get a smile or hello out of front desk staff. One individual in particular chose to bury his head in the computer screen to avoid any eye contact until absolutely necessary.
