UPPER LEVELS:

Top Deck: Accessible from the main bedroom, featuring a private hot tub with incredible valley and stargazing views.
Top Floor: Three additional bedrooms (two with queen beds, one with a single bunk bed and an additional twin bed) and a shared full bathroom.
LOWER LEVEL:
The ultimate kids' hangout spot, complete with its own L-shaped couch, a flatscreen TV with streaming, and games.

This home is equipped with exterior security cameras. There is one in the backyard pointing to the yard and one in the front pointed at the front door.
4 wheel drive with snow or all season tires OR snow chains is required to reach this property in the winter. The driveway is a moderate hill with a turn and is shared with the neighboring home. There is (1) garage space and room for (3) total vehicles. Parking is to the left of the garage and a designated spot to the right of the front stairs. No additional parking is available.

Please remember that living in the mountains and staying in a private home means that there are some things we cannot control. For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are rare, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.
