The detached holiday home, renovated in 2010, is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. For exclusive use are available: parasol, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, campfire area and courtyard.

Balatonföldvár. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
