If you would like to spend a few quiet days, resting, without the fuss of the city, in a unique environment, surrounded by nature, this is the place. 10 minutes walk from the historic center and the Auditorium. Very well connected by bus and train.
The apartment is located on the second floor (2 elevators), is fully furnished, has a spacious and comfortable living room, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 beds of 90), 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen , city gas, individual heating, large fitted wardrobes, wooden floor, and 9m2 terrace overlooking the garden. It is very bright and quiet.
Includes 2 covered parking spaces, community internet, physical doorman for the building and night surveillance.

It was ideal for a family holiday, a lovely apartment, a spacious living room, and a balcony, where we enjoyed breakfasts and dinners. The facilities we could use, such as the large pool, the basketball and tennis courts, were very nice additions and helped our teenagers to get some recompense for the historical and cultural programme we had planned of important places nearby, Madrid, Avila and Segovia. Lovely location in the mountains, near the famous San Lorenzo del Escorial, highly recommendable. Lovely hosts. Thank you!
