Das Frühstück war gut,der Besitzer gab sich größte Mühe das alles bestens ist Der Pool im Garten war super und die Liegewiese ebenfalls Das Zimmer sehr groß und die Betten waren sehr gut Die Bedienung beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich und hat alles fürs gute wohl für die Gäste hergerichtet Wir hatten 10 wundervolle Ferientage erleben dürfen in diesem Haus

Es wäre schön wenn es eine möglichkeit gäbe nach dem Baden im Pool sich Umzukleiden.

Eine schöne Zeit in wunderschönen Anwesen mit tollem Pool und zweckmäßigem Appartment.

Das Gut liegt etwa 9 km vom nächsten Seeufer entfernt, ruhig mitten in Maisfeldern und Olivenhainen. Das Agriturismo wurde von den Eigentümern Robert und Martha liebevoll restauriert und ist insgesamt eine Augenweide. die Anlage ist sehr gut gepflegt, auch der Garten, das Schwimmbad ist superb, 1-2 m Tiefe, also sehr gut auch zum Schwimmen geeignet, ganztägig Sonne mit einigen schattigen Plätzen zum Liegen im Garten. Roberto und Martha haben sich prima um alles gekümmert und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ideal für Familien, die den Trubel am See nicht immer um sich haben wollen, den See aber dennoch in der Nähe möchten. Ausflüge nach Sirmione, Desenzano, Padenghe, Salo sind mit kurzer Anfahrt möglich. Die Schiffsfahrt von Desenzano nach Sirmione macht auch Spass, wenn es dort auch im Hochsommer überlaufen ist. Das Appartment hat eine eigene Waschmaschine, die Wäsche kann man auch in einem separaten Bereich des Anwesens hervorragend trocknen, ohne Sie im Appartment aufhängen zu müssen. Es gab nicht allzuviele Moskitos, aber das Appartment war dagegen ganz gut eingerichtet (Mückengitter vor 3 Fenstern, dadurch gut durchlüftbar ohne Mücken einzulassen).

Das Apartment war zweckmäßig, die beiden Kinder haben im Stockbett sehr gut geschlafen. Das Elternschlafzimmer ist geräumig, das Bett allerdings eher unbequem und durch Drahtgestelle am Fuss- und am Kopfende stößt man leicht an. Das Badezimmer hatte nur eine Badewanne, Duschen war eine Herausforderung, wenn man eine Überschwemmung vermeiden möchte. Der Balkon ist sehr schmal, es ist daher nicht möglich, dort gemeinsam zu essen. Man hätte sich vermutlich zum Essen im Atriumbereich eine Tisch aussuchen können (da gab es drei), aber dann muss man alles hin und herumschleppen, dazu waren wir aber zu bequem. Die "Küche" ist sehr klein, aber ausreichend. Besteck und Kochbesteck/Kochgeschirr sind allerdings erneuerungs- und ergänzungsbedürftig. Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden. Den großzügigen unteren Raum (Eingangsbereich und Aufenthalt) hätte man zwar abends zum Sitzen nutzen können, das war aber gar nicht gemütlich. So haben wir den großzügigen Raum eigentlich nur zum Durchlaufen verwendet. Der Essraum (oben zentral) war zum Essen innen gut geeignet, aber zum Sitzen nicht wirklich schön, auch dank unbequemer Stühle. Es hört sich nach viel Kritik an, aber eigentlich war das nicht so schlimm, das Positive überwiegt bei Weitem. Die Klimaanlage (3 einzelne Einheiten mit Schlauch nach draußen) sind naturgemäß sehr laut. Wir haben die fast gar nicht genutzt. Es wird dann aber im Sommer schon sehr warm.
