Sun Hill Los Pacos 2 Bed Apt

The pool at the property was really nice and this was the best feature along with the views Communication on the whole with the people who manage the property was very good with the exception of check in. When we informed them that the toaster was broken it was replaced the same day. The property had most things that you needed and the hairdryer was a decent one!! There is a bathroom and then an extra toilet, which is a bonus.

The location was not good at all, you need a car. It was a 15 minute walk downhill to any shops or to get a coffee/snack took 20 mins to get back as all uphill and in the heat. 30+ mins walk to the beach depending on your fitness. We used BOLT a lot to get back to the property and we did use the bus a couple of times but the buses were striking in the evenings. There is no clear information at the property and this would be such a plus as they could explain where the nearest shops, pharmacy and how the buses work. No recommendations for places to eat or how to use the laundry facilities, which we did need one time but I ended up having to hand wash. There were no mattress protectors on the mattresses so it was just a sheet and underneath the beds had not been cleaned When we were dropped off by the driver he checked us in and gave us the keys, his English is limited but he managed to explain the air conditioning for us, as we were unpacking some ladies came who told us we should have left by now and I explained that we had just arrived it took a phone call to get this sorted and we were asked to vacate the property so that they could clean as it hadn’t been done, we did do this as we knew check in was later but obviously confusion as the driver did check us in early. We had left t bags and marmite in the kitchen but when we returned only the t bags remained. Sitting on the balcony was not possible due to the heat and it was all glassed off despite being able to open some of the glass ‘windows’ it didn’t help as it was so uncomfortable due to it heating up in there all day. There appears to be some very disorganised wardrobes with lots of bedding and towels so it was hard to hang clothes up and we had to move stuff around in order to use the wardrobes.
