Terrible experience - unacceptable treatment and booking breach

Stay away from this place. The owner behaved aggressively and initially accommodated us in a different building that did not match what we had booked. We were then informed that the coworking space was fully booked and unavailable, despite it being included in our reservation. We raised a complaint and requested a refund. Later that night, we were asked to leave and were threatened, with the owner claiming that people he knew would come after us. He refused to refund the money, which forced us to file a police report. Only then did we receive the refund. The neighboring restaurant confirmed this was not the first time such an incident had occurred, and similar reviews can be found on Google.

Everything you could want at amazing value in an awesome location

Amazing space to stay. Private small chalet with terrace balcony to relax, sit and eat with the most comfortable bed to sleep in. Common area with Coffee Machine, Kitchen, Seating Area and wish small fish pond to drink, cook and chill. Common work space area with comfortable work space, office chair seating and excellent WIFI. In fact I loved everything about it and Ben the manager was awesome and so accommodating. I”ll definitely stay again it’s my go to place now on Koh Lanta - and excellently located for beach and restaurants at Klong Dao.

coworkers dream!

So convenient to stay right next to the coworking. the space has everything you need with adjustable desks and chairs. the rooms are clean and comfortable with a balcony. and there is a kitchen with stocked fridge, coffee, even cooking utensils. we loved our stay here!

Que estaba bien ubicado, viven tres perritos muy agradables y te daban agua y gaseosa gratis.

Vimos una rata en la cocina corriendo detrás de la heladera. El cesto de basura de la habitación nadie lo retira. Te quedas sin papel higiénico y tenes que buscar al encargado para pedirle, no hay cosas a mano para que puedas buscarlas vos mismo

Super Lage 5 Minuten vom Strand Frühstück haben wir in der Gemeinschaftsküche selber gemacht! Der Besitzer Ben ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Seine 3 Hunde Tin, Min und Bob sind lieb und sehr zugänglich! Man kann in seinem Internetraum auch ausgezeichnet in Home Office arbeiten(5G)! Wir kommen wieder!

Wir waren 50 Tage im COWORX und wenn ich auch lange darüber nachdenke fällt mir nichts ein was uns nicht gefallen hätte!!

Spitze!

Ich fand's im Coworx spitze! Ben, ein deutscher Auswanderer, der das Coworx betreibt, ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit kostenlosen Getränken steht zur Verfügung, falls man sich sein Essen selbst machen möchte. Falls nicht, ist ein super leckeres Thai Restaurant direkt nebenan. Die Atmosphäre ist toll, einige Digital Nomads sind auch da, weil das Arbeiten im Coworking Space echt komfortabel ist. Zum Strand kann man einfach durch das gegenüberliegende Resort gehen, hierzu hat Ben explizit die Erlaubnis für seine Gäste. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war top. Obwohl ich mich eigentlich vor Hunden eher fürchte, haben es mir Bens 3 Hunde echt angetan. Ich wäre gerne noch länger geblieben, aber es war leider alles ausgebucht.
