location was magical and very secure place , they catered well with self catering equipment ect . love the place . love go back again there .

Location , amenities , cleanliness , kitchen , upstairs bedrooms , the view. The jacuzzi was hot on arrival , perfect to relax in after a long drive. Proximity to the beach . Caught fish between the rocks in front of the property.

We loved the location and facilities. The sauna and jacuzzi were such a treat during winter and the beach in front of the property was safe, clean and beautiful. The gardens are also well kept and so serene. This was the perfect location for our annual family getaway.

We were really unhappy during our stay due to the loadshedding (no electricity during certain hours of the day) and no water for most of the day on Saturday. There were 16 of us on this getaway and it was very difficult without electricity for most of the day on Friday and Saturday and no water for the majority of the day on Saturday. This meant that we didn’t have water for showers, toilets and cooking etc. If we were informed about the water and electricity problem before arrival, we could have prepared better or even made alternative arrangements as we had quite a few elderly people with us. We felt that it was really unacceptable to be left without water and electricity for most of our stay without prior notice. While we understand that the these problems are a result of service providers, when we contacted the host they were very unpleasant and basically said that we can leave the property if we were unhappy with the situation. We paid a lot of money for the accommodation and put a lot of effort into planning this annual family getaway so we were really disappointed with this response.
