L'emplacement à proximité de Mirepoix et en pleine campagne est excellent. L'accueil est bienveillant. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très bien.

We loved our stay at Chateau de Sibra and it was a huge pleasure meeting Sibylle and discovering a remarkable place with a remarkable story. It is wonderful to be able to experience a property like this. The cleanliness was impeccable, the bedroom very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious, enjoyed with views to the Pyrenees!

Mit viel Liebe wurde alles renoviert ohne den alten Charme zu verlieren. Das Objekt hat einen riesigen, atemberaubenden Garten mit einem freien Blick über Hügel, schöne Bäume und einen Teich in die Berge und weiter einen märchenhaften Kräuter- und Gemüsegarten. Das Frühstück ist sehr individuell mit sensationellen Croissants. Wer will, kann (und man sollte!) das Abendessen wählen. Es gibt ein Überraschungsmenü und am Ende wird mit dem Koch über die Zutaten und die Zubereitung parliert. Das Essen ist wirklich sehr gut, regional und bio (wo möglich) und für derzeit 39€ sensationell preiswert (diese Qualität kostet in der Region leicht das Doppelte).
