Very good location, quiet street, a little further from the noise and streets with nightlife (10 minutes walk). A great beach is two minutes away, and on the corner of the building there is a very good coffee shop with great coffee and fresh pastries. The apartment is spacious, with a large terrace and almost everything you need. There is a private parking space. The complex has its own swimming pool, which is a very big plus.

The main and biggest minus is the absolutely mocking check-in and check-out system. The worst thing is that you get the keys on the other side of the city at a certain time and have to return them there. That is, after a long journey, we had to go first to their office, get the key there, and then go to the apartment. The same with check-out. At 10:00, we had to vacate the apartment, and then rush to their office as fast as we could to give the key at 10:30. We travel a lot, but this is the first time I've seen such an attitude. In all places, this is solved by having a keybox or something similar. You must also do an online check-in in advance (for a group of 6 people, this takes a decent amount of time). And this is the first time I've seen that check-in is not earlier than 16:00. I'm still ready to understand 15:00, but 16:00 is too much. Considering that you still have to get from the office to the apartment. Among the relatively minor disadvantages: no air conditioning and Wi-Fi. In one of the rooms, the overhead light did not work all the time, and in one of the rooms it turned off for about a day, after which it started working again. Also, the double bed is very small, and the fold-out sofa is suitable for children. And the last point. Cleaning is not included in the price. You must clean everything yourself and leave the premises in the same condition.
