Such a wonderfully clean and comfortable home. Everything you could want! Great water pressure, beds, and the perfect amount of space!

It is beautifully decorated. Modern. Bathrooms and kitchen especially, remodeled very nicely. Kitchen very nicely appointed- everything you would need is there. Beds were very comfortable. Living room area and dining room were nice and comfortable, and well decorated.

We had some problems with cleanliness… Our best guess was that it hadn’t been rented out in quite some time and was cleaned after the last guest and not re-checked or touched up in any way. There were lots of cobwebs on porch, front door, porch furniture, as well as in the stairwell to second story, dusty/hair in floors in multiple places, coffee pot was used and not cleaned, etc. The nice touches like bottles of water and snacks on counter in a basket but all snacks were many months expired, as well as the last noted cleaning in the house binder being many months prior confirmed our suspicion… The other thing was upon arrival, the house was 80+ degrees inside. It was hot outside so it was uncomfortable to come into a house so hot. It would’ve been nice to have our arrival anticipated and the air conditioning adjusted. I guess the most frustrating thing was texting the number provided to get help was not overly helpful. We had already adjusted the thermostats upon arrival to improve the temp and upon returning a few hours later it hasn’t hardly budged. Thankfully we have the same thermostats at home so knew how to ‘override’ it beyond the instructions provided, and it did eventually come down, or else we would’ve been miserable.(as following the instructions would have lowered the temperature only until the next programmed time, and it would’ve automatically reverted back to the higher temperature.) We were also missing a hand towel- one bathroom had one hanging on the towel rack, one didn’t. After searching everywhere, we texted to see if we could get one or if they were hidden somewhere (as we’ve never stayed at a place that didn’t offer an abundance of towels to use) and we were told “the cleaning crew said there’s one hanging in each bathroom”. Eventually we found one wadded up in the corner of a bathroom cabinet along with a couple washcloths.
