La struttura è in una posizione ottima: vicinissima al centro di Forio, alla spiaggia e alle fermate del bus. Nonostante ciò è in un posto tranquillo e silenzioso.
La piscina è comoda e piacevole.
Da migliorare la colazione e i mobili delle stanze (un pò vecchi)

Todo ha sido perfecto, no tenemos ni una sola queja. El personal es encantador y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El desayuno, correcto en variedad y calidad, acompañado además de unas preciosas vistas al mar. La piscina está muy bien y las ventanas aíslan por completo el ruido, así que aunque hubiera algo de ambiente, no se oía nada. La cama, comodísima; las instalaciones, impecablemente limpias. Incluso se encargaron de llamarnos ellos mismos a la empresa de scooters para alquilar una por solo 25 € al día, con entrega y recogida directamente en el hotel. La ubicación no puede ser mejor: a apenas dos minutos andando del centro y rodeados de infinidad de restaurantes para comer o cenar. En definitiva, un lugar absolutamente recomendable al que, sin duda, volveremos.

Ottima posizione e possibilità di avere la piscina.
Camere troppo calde e con l'aria condizionata a pagamento il prezzo delle camere diventa un po' troppo alto.

Colazione pessima, piatti sporchi, personale poco professionale e sgarbato (soprattutto a colazione) tranne due delle tre signore in reception, asciugamani sporche (sostituite ma..maleodoranti), il letto scricchiolante, luce in bagno intermittente, una delle due piscine aveva l'acqua verde che sembrava di palude...
