La struttura si trova su un colle che sovrasta Pescara e il panorama da lì é stupendo a tutte le ore.
La struttura è magnifica. Non c’è ristorante ma la colazione è ottima, molto abbondante e genuina.

The owner is very friendly and willing to help with advice on what to do and where to go. The place is super quite and great if you want to take a break from the city but still be very close to it. There is a supermarket that is open 24/7 only 10 minutes from the property. The beach is also close but we mostly stayed in the hotel as it has a nice swimming pool. The breakfast is home made and it has great variety.
The lift does not go up to the last floor. If you cannot walk properly or you have a big luggage, it might be a problem. But there are rooms downstairs with are more accessible so it might be important to inform the staff about your needs when you book.
