It was lose to the venue I attended and the beach

It was clean and had all the accommodations that you need.
It was very close to The Dome, which we had a concert to attend. (Just a block over )
Place was very nice and owners were very attentive if we had questions.
The construction was a problem. This isn’t the owner’s fault!!!! The construction had the sidewalk blocked off so we had to walk 2 blocks over and then head to ocean. It was about an 11 minute walk to ocean. AGAIN…. Not the fault of the owners. Once the construction is cleared up, it will be a 5 minute walk.
We would stay here again because everything was so nice and the location is awesome!!!

Accommodations were great. Location was great for walking distance to amenities and beach.
There is construction going on so that was a bit of a nuance to work around. Would suggest a hose behind the building so guests can wash off sand and not track it inside.

Everything was clean and up to date
That it is setting right beside a large construction project, which I know is out of the properties control, but I would have liked to have been pre- warned about.
