Casa Rica

Location was excellent. Close walk to the beach (calm waters protected by harbour), Spar Supermarket, two massive shopping malls and walking distance to guagua (bus) station for buses to Puerto de Mogan, airport etc.

There was a lot of noise from the bars in the Shopping Mall directly across the street. The loud, thumping music continued well into late night -3 am! Difficult to sleep.

The location to bars and restaurants. The apartment was well supported with kitchen equipment. all clean. there was TV 's and aircon etc. However we did not use any of these things because we were on a short break for just 3 nights.

The swimming pool has not been operational since December 25, photos were misleading showing a photo of the pool outside the apartment. This lead all of us to think that, that was a view from OUR apartment, FURTHER MORE it also showed a photo from the pool going down to some sand. We thought this was the beach. !! Its not, the beach is 10-15 mins walk. When selecting our accommodation this had been a deciding factor so we were disappointed and felt that we had been mislead by the photos. A mention that the pool was not available should have also be included. One other thing , (just for info) there were 4 of us staying together, this decision was split equally. 2 ladies said that they would not return because the music noise was too much. it was booming till 4am. the other 2 managed to sleep through it thus not bothered by it.

Men poolen var under renovering det ville være rart at havde vidst, så havde vi ikke booket stedet. Da vi gik efter poolen og beliggenhed. Stort minus

Donatella was very helpful all the time on our stay

Sounds Silly, but a soap disk over the sink in the toilet. The only down fall.
