Every thing about our stay at Rocca Di Castagnoli was exceptional. The rooms, the views, the atmosphere... everything! Breakfasts and dinners were tremendous, compliments to their 'capocuoca'. Daniela at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and provided terrific advice on what to see in Chianti. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to both relax and be treated as royalty.

A fantastic place to visit and do tours from in Chianti region. Offers wine tastings. Really helpful and considerate staff putting clients' needs in the center of the stay. Really recommendable!

The place is beautiful and the view is amazing. the staff helped a lot.
The restaurant was great, they were open until late.
The location is very isolated, and takes a while to get there. The winery was close at 19:00 and we didn't get to enjoy it.
Also the shower didn't have a curtain or a door

The view of the room was incredible overlooking the vineyards and the rolling hills. The room was big. And the wine tour provided by the staff was incredible. Would definitely recommend trying their local wines and olive oil.
It was too quiet, there was no staff after 5pm, so when we arrived while they had left the checkin information for us, there was nothing to do or eat around. We had to walk a couple of minutes to luckily find one of the best restaurants in the area. But this information was not shared by staff. Since sometimes we left early we would rarely see the staff. We were never able to try their restaurant. It lacks a little bit of warmth and guidance from the staff.
