For what it is, our stay was well worth the money. It's warm and comfortable, and most what you might need is available in the apartment. A small stepping stool to be able to reach the storage shelves would be a good addition to the room, and maybe something to put a hot pan on - other than that, it is a fine overnighter for a couple.
When we arrived, there was old (expired) food in the freezer, and all the dishes (including pots and pans) had to be re-done since whoever did it last did a poor job of it. Not the worst - but not a very pleasant way to start a vacation. Also, there seemed to be no ventilation in the bathroom, which felt very moist and wet unless the door was left open.
