都合で23：00にチェックインしたが電話．メールにてとてもよく駐車場，セルフチェックイン等の説明をしてくださいました
喫煙室がなく外のテラスでしかダメなためものすごく寒かった。

オーシャンビューで窓から伊豆大島が見え、朝は日の出を見ることができました。
トイレを流すときの音が大きく、他の部屋の音も聞こえた。
