We loved the decor and attention to detail. A lot of effort had been made in the house. We loved having James make us fires in the evening. We loved all the space and the fact that it felt like a sanctuary beyond the walls. The host was very responsive and friendly. We could imagine it being very nice in summer when you could use the garden more and the pool. It was just pretty cold so we enjoyed our time indoors.

My family and I loved the “Huisie” so much…the house is very stunning even the pictures here are not doing it justice. It is equipped with everything you could ever need. It is very clean, the bedrooms are gorgeous, beds are super comfortable! There’s a very helpful and kind housekeeper James who’s always there when you need help. This is definitely the house to book if you’re looking for accommodation in Parys.

James was very helpful and all of the amenities really made my stay feel super comfortable.
There is a chicken coop on the property, with roosters. It woke me up at 04:50 in the morning. It really does not make sense to have such a nice property, but to ruin it by not letting your guests get a proper sleep.
