Very friendly owner, she prepared us welcome drinks. Check-in and check-out easy without complications. Great location for exploring the south of Sardinia.
Second bedroom is on the gallery in a big open room. The whole galery is made from wood, and during the night you can hear every slightes move in the first bedroom below. Also there was a big cockroach in one of the closets, but I think it`s not a cleanliness problem, because the apartment was very clean, I think this is rather a problem of the entire city of Calasetta.

Bel appartamento in posizione comoda al centro e alla spiaggia. l'appartamento è spazioso e con tutto il necessario. purtroppo a fine giugno quando abbiamo soggiornato la lavatrice era guasta e l'aria condizionata sulla camera del soppalco era guasta e assicuro che c'era molto caldo nonostante facessimo andare quella del piano inferiore al massimo.
Purtroppo nel breve termine la proprietaria non è riuscita a risolvere il problema ma certamente lo ha fatto per i soggiorni successivi. e' stata molto disponibile con noi.

Ottima posizione vicinissima al centro di calasetta raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti, e in posizione strategica per rqggiungere varie spiagge tra cui la spiaggia di sotto torre raggiungibile a piedi,la casa é accogliente e dotata di tutti i confort, la padrona di casa gentile e disponibile per ogni evenienza, ci siamo trovati davvero bene !
