Nissi beach villa Magnolia

+Very good location. We asked to moved in earlier and owner helped us and fix villa before we arrived. +Close to Vathia Gonia beach - 5 min walks, Nissi Beach 10-15 minuts. To the center of Ayia Napa 10-15 minutes easy walk. Pharmacie and other local small periptero shops with froots and other food. Villa have nice swimming pool , clean and tidy, place for a BBQ, shower outside, dining table if you don't want to stay inside. 3 bedrooms, one big living room, if you are not afraid of bugs, you can sleep on top of Villa - and watching stars :) One night came very unpolite people who shouted a lot, listening music to LOUD, I came out and spoke to them, they just ignored me, because they didn't like that I was strict to them. I know that its party town,but respect other people too. Exactly in this Villa I install some mosquito nets to avoid bug get inside the Villa. So owner of Villa please install professional mosquito nets , because some people can be afraid if they will see some BIG SPIDER. That's happens to me in my last day. Before to leave Villa we say a big tarantula. It this Villa you will find everything what you need. + Dishwasher + Washing machine + Free parking + 45 min to airports I definitely recommend this Villa

-Sometime is noisy because villas can be rented by young people, they want to party and can shout all night long :) I used to live in Ayia Napa 13 years and for me its normal, but we rent a place to see how its is to stay there if we want buy one. My wife not happy. - Please use WD40 to fix doors in all rooms and bathroom - Also no mosquito nets. - Air-conditioners are dirty. If you rent apartments or villas , you have to clean them atleast 2 times per season. I like to keep windows opened and have fresh air, but without mosquito nets its impossible. - Wifi signal is weak, but this problem is all around the Cyprus

Very good location, close to shops, beautiful beaches. The city center is also close. We found everything we needed in the villa. The villa is perfectly planned. The kids liked the pool. There is a grill area.

It was a bit lacking in cleanliness. The bathroom was not very clean. We found a lot of dust in the kitchen. But it didn't ruin the vacation :)

Great location fully equipped, 2 minutes walk from the center, lots of restaurants and pubs close by, 3 big bedrooms, swimming pool, we had a great time. Very reccomend.

The location

It wasnt clean and also dont use the iron pls it is dangerous! The wifi signal is really bad upstairs. Also the matress in one of the rooms really bad. And what was really important to us, the check in is at 4pm and there is no possibility to enter earlier than that even though it says here that with extra fee they can arrange that. So we landed at 1 am and were waiting 15 hours to check in. And then we asked to move the check out for one hour only, but it was also not possible cause they need 6 hours to clean the villa, and still not be clean 🤣
