I truly enjoyed my stay at Sharm Hills Apartment. The apartment is spacious, modern, and very comfortable, featuring two bedrooms with comfortable beds and two bathrooms, which made our stay especially convenient. The swimming pool is beautiful and can be seen directly from the balcony, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The beach is only about 5 minutes away by car, making it easy to enjoy the sea whenever you like. I would especially like to thank Ahmed Hegazi for his outstanding hospitality. He was always available whenever we needed assistance, whether it was arranging transportation, recommending places to visit, organizing breakfast, or answering any questions. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a real difference during our stay. Thank you, Ahmed, for your warm welcome and your constant support. I would also like to thank Muhammed, who kindly drove us to the beach every day. His help and friendliness were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh. The nearby beach is one of the best places for snorkeling, with beautiful clear water and amazing marine life. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

The property was modern and spacious.

The property was described as a penthouse… it was a 3rd floor apartment the a roof terrace. The roof terrace was bare, no furniture, no bbq as described and dirty with rubble left lying around. The complex was still in construction and fire system did not look finished. It was described as having its own private beach… yes a 20min walk away. It included breakfast, but they don’t have a restaurant and the person who let us into the property said he’d bring breakfast to the room at our chosen time of 9am, after messaging him the breakfast arrived at 10:30am. What arrived was a disgusting, he had popped next door to the supermarket and brought 1 loaf of bread (no butter) small pot of jam, 2 packs of some sort of cold meat, 1 pack of sliced cheddar, 1 pack of Feta cheese, and 3 wraps (for 4 people?) and 4 boiled eggs. We popped into the supermarket to buy something and seen all the breakfast stuff and worked out that about 10€ was spent, so 2.50€ per head. The booking was supposed to be £191.19 but they charged £200.23. Finally I thought the gentleman I dealt with on reception was also quite rude.
