Esta just al costat del telefèric per pujar a pistes, al costat de tendes per llogar esquis, i molt molt centric a les botigues i restaurants de poble de FontRomeu. Les vistes de l'estudi magnífiques de tota la vall. Disposa de pàrquing propi i guarda esquis.
N°24. Un pèl massa petit, per família amb nois de 16-18 anys, molt i molt justest. Dues lliteres i el sofà llit pels adults molt incòmode de dormir, fa massa soroll del seu propi sistema de plegat. Atenció! s'ha d'encarregar la roba de llit i tovalloles previament! una mica exagerat +10€/persona cada opció. El terra es tot de rajola i massa fred, porteu sabatilles de casa. El lavabo molt senzill i petit. Hi ha un calentador, màxim dues dutxes amb aigua calenta. L'ascensor de la comunitat va molt malament la botonera.... fa una mica de por quedar-s'hi tancat. Si teniu un cotxe gran +4'60mt no girareu fàcilment, l'entrada del pàrquing és justa, i has de girar 90° just per pujar a pis superior.
