Perfect apartment for family stay

Location was great. The apartment is new, very clean, comfortable,and luxurious. That bathroom was clean and big. The washing machine and dryer were very handy.

The TV was broken by the previous guests and it could not be replaced during our stay

Excellent apartment close to the metro and supermarket

The apartment was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The metro links are fantastic and there is a really good supermarket just a short walk away.

It would have been helpful to have some information in the apartment about how to use appliances such as the heating and how you dispose of rubbish etc

Is was clean comfortable and close to transport and shops

Hot and not enough fans, couldn’t open windows enough to get fresh air otherwise no issues. Maybe better instructions on level and unit number as had problems locating the apartment once we arrived.

Superb

Beautiful appartement, 5 minutes walk from metro. Public parking across the road (150dkk per day).

Two small points … we struggled to find which appartment was ours. The system of numbering wasn’t obvious to us, though when we found it there was a small S logo (from Sanders) on the door. The appartment was very warm especially the bedrooms. The only window we could open widely was the door to the balcony.

It was rather hot when we were there, but there was no way to open the windows wide. Apartment shows signs of wear and tear, but in general looks ok.

Mooi appartement, logisch ingericht. We hadden even moeite met het vinden van het juiste appartement in het gebouw, maar we werden snel geholpen. Fijne locatie met een supermarkt en de metro op 10 minuten lopen.

Het appartement heeft wat onderhoud nodig. De eettafel plakt, ook na het schoonmaken, sommige gordijnen hangen half los, de deur van de droger is eraf, het wasrek valt bijna uit elkaar. Alle punten die eerder genoemd zijn, zijn waar en worden dus niet opgelost.

Uitstekend verblijf in een nieuw appartement

Ruime locatie voor 7-8 personen. Goed voorzien van allerlei apparatuur. Ruime woonkamer en tafel voor 8 personen. Alles zag er nieuw uit. Dicht bij de metro. Duidelijke instructies gekregen over het verkrijgen van de sleutel.

Weinig. Het openen van het kluisje ging wat stroef. Het koffie apparaat werkte niet altijd goed: er kwam soms alleen water ipv koffie uit.

Apartament wygląda w rzeczywiście tak jak na zdjęciach. Minusem był bardzo klejący się stół ( nie można było go doczyscic więc chyba czas na wymianę na nowy 😉). Na duży plus wielkość i wszystko na wyposażeniu. Ogólnie polecam jeśli zależy komuś na wynajmie z daleka od centrum i jego hałasu 😉.

Jeg har boet der før, og må indrømme - intet er forbedret. Det er ærgerligt da få tiltag vil gøre komfort mere lækkert. Der mangler knager til overtøj og bøjler, spisebord har masser af overskudsfarve og knirker. Stole grimme og plettede. Tørretumbler-låge i stykker, Alt service virkede beskidt. Det er mange små ting som ikke følges op - hvilket er virkelig sjusk og ærgerligt for en bedre bedømmelse. Varmen virkede ikke i alle rum og udluftning for kraftig. Hvis små ting forbedres - små omkostninger ville gøre glæden i top.

Vi havde et fint og godt ophold med lidt “ridser” i lejligheden.

Beliggenheden, dejligt byggeri med elevator, roligt, gode parkeringsmuligheder og tæt på metro.

Lejligheden virker lidt slidt og flere småting ikke udbedret. Pære manglede i lampe over spisebord. Døren til badeværelset hænger. Batteri manglede i termostat til varme. Hele varmesystemet kunne godt trænge til en justering. På badeværelset var fin varme. I køkken/alrum/stue og gang var der ingen varme i gulvet. På det ene soveværelse lige bag køkken var der meget varmt og umuligt at justere 👎👎👎

Buen piso en buena ubicación. Atención mejorable

Lo cerca que estaba del metro. La tranquilidad del barrio. El piso en sí estaba bastante bien, es muy cómodo y bien decorado.

Éramos 8 personas, 2 tenían que dormir en el sofá. Avisamos por la tarde q no habían dejado sábanas para el sofá pero no las trajeron hasta el día siguiente. Los nórdicos tenían manchas. El desague de la ducha estaba atascado y el agua se salía, tuvimos que limpiarlo nosotros. El extractor de la cocina no funcionaba, creo q porque le hacía falta una limpieza a fondo. En general la limpieza era superficial. Tampoco nos informaron como utilizar la Tv, ni la calefacción (hacía bastante calor), ni donde tirar la basura. Si solucionaran todas esas pequeñas cosas el piso estaba muy bien.
