مبلغ التامين كان مبالغ فيه ورفض الموظف التعاون معانا وقد ابلغناه ان يقبل 2500 بدل من 3500 ولكن كان رافض جداً يجب ان يكون هناك تعاون افضل وأسلوب افضل

The villa in Damac hills which change by the agent was clean and well equipped
The villa location was near a green landscape with a nice view
I encountered two significant issues during my recent experience:
1. After I had paid the full amount and deposit, the agent informed me just one week before check-in that the Serena villa was no longer available. To avoid a price increase during peak season, I reluctantly accepted a smaller villa in Damac Hills.
2. Upon the return of my deposit, which amounted to a substantial 3,500 AED, I noticed a deduction of over 106 AED for transfer fees. This unexpected charge was not communicated beforehand and felt unprofessional, especially considering the circumstances.
