WHAT TO EXPECT:

✦ Like many cabins in Tahoe, there's no central AC in the home so it does get warm in the summer
✦ This is a four-level home with stairs between levels, and an elevator reaches the main living floor for easier access to that floor.
✦ During winter, driving restrictions may be enforced, requiring chains or a 4WD vehicle, and trip insurance is a smart idea.

HOUSE RULES:
✦ No parties or gatherings; events are not permitted at any time.
✦ No smoking inside the property.
✦ No pets.
✦ Quiet hours 9 PM to 8 AM out of respect for our neighbors.
✦ Maximum of 3 vehicles, parked only in designated areas.
✦ Maximum occupancy 10 guests.
✦ Responsible guest: the primary renter must be 25 or older and provide a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before check-in.
✦ Rental agreements must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
✦ Guests will be directed to a portal to sign the agreement and access their digital guidebook.
