Million dollar view from every window. Well equipped, lots of small details like phone cables, heated towel rails and floor, amazing insulation and surrounded by farm life and nature

The cottage was extremely well appointed, with quality furnishings and decor. Great view from the verandah. The location was acceptable for travel to places of interest.
The communication received from the property manager after check-in was disappointing, to say the least. In a cottage of this calibre, we expected a greater standard of outside property maintenance and cleanliness inside. To be greeted with long grass and thistles surrounding the house, plus a pungent odour coming from the unemptied rubbish bin was most unwelcoming and a nasty surprise. The cleaning was inadequate in the laundry and bathroom. As instructed, we phoned and left messages with the property manager to return our call, but no communication was received again until the day before departure, by which time was too late. A large hole was also present in the outside pane of the double glazed window facing the verandah, which would have been good to have been aware of before we arrived. Hopefully these issues will have been rectified for future guests!
