Le cadre, la rénovation du palace, le voisinage, les parties communes, la vue, l’espace, le calme, le chauffage, le rapport qualité prix.
Propreté douteuse, pas de parking, pas de réponse aux appels téléphoniques, la box éteinte et trouvée avec l’aspirateur dans un placard, frigo éteint, des insectes dans la salle de d’eau, le rideau de douche « cuit », les oreillers en plume.
