Lo centrico del departamento, permitita tener todo cerca. Zona de bares, la costanera, la peatonal a menos de 3 cuadras. Hasta habia una Maternidad a la vuelta de la esquina que nos permitio controlar anuestro hijo mas chico que se habia golpeado.
La ubicacion de la cochera no es del todo comoda, se encuentra a lado del edificio terreno de por medio. Al menos para mi fue poco practica ya que tenia que salir del edificio para poder ir a buscar algo al auto.

El departamento está muy bien ubicado,cerca de una playa muy linda,es muy cómodo,moderno y luminoso.Estuvimos alojados en el piso 9 desde donde tuvimos muy linda vista.Nos recibió Martín,muy amable,nos dio muchas recomendaciones.
Escasa batería de cocina,por lo menos agregaría una sartén.
