So we had the feeling that the owner was sending us away before we even arrived. We received the check-in instructions for the apartment two hours before 14:00. So until then we didn't know if we would receive the instructions at all. When the previous day, after a confirmed reservation, when it is not possible to cancel the reservation without a full refund, I asked the owner about the check-in instructions, we were told that we would receive them the next day. I don't know why he didn't give us the instructions right away. The pillows, which were two in number, were not comfortable to use, they were too used and thin, so we had to put on clothes to make ourselves more comfortable. .
