Na plus bardzo blisko do dworca. Dosłownie 150 metrów. Ale pociągi specjalnie nie przeszkadzają. Przestronne. Dużo miejsca i dużo łóżek.
W zasadzie cała reszta. Apartament w stanie na wpół zdewastowanym. Sprzęty poniszczone lub zupełnie ich brak (np. telewizor w jednym z pokojów po którym został jedynie kabel). Całość wygląda jak hotel który był od lat nie remontowany i wymaga bardzo pilnej modernizacji lub hotel pracowniczy. Na duży minus wymeldowanie o 10. Kilometr od morza.
