The backyard is AMAZING! Beautifully landscaped and the pool/hot tub were so pretty. The Main suite is huge with a nice bathroom and large walk in shower. The home is nicely refreshed and very tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed for a family weekend and was close to groceries and restaurants. Communication was timely and helpful.

The house was awesome. Furnishings and beds were new. Beds were firm but very comfortable, we all slept very well! The kitchen has all new appliances and utensils. The pool and hot tub heater was not working while we were there but the owner compensated us for that. He was easy to communicate with us via text and responded quickly.
We liked it so much that we extended our stay 2 days and cancelled our other reservation in Melbourne.
Located on a private quiet street.
We arrived after dark and the front walk was pretty dark. Could use a motion light on it.
