This is an excellent homestay, just 300 meters from the railway station. You can literally walk down so don't pay Rs. 100-150 that auto ask you for a 2-min ride. The host are excellent and help you with all the information you need to move around Ratnagiri and visit places. There is a nice 2-wheeler rental company just opposite to the homestay in case you want to rent vehicle during your stay, which I did. The local breakfast served by the host is so delicious. The room is quite spacious and designed to perfection. Each thing is placed with perfection and with a lot of thoughts behind it.
