«Заселение прошло очень быстро и без лишних хлопот. Для нас это было важно, так как мы приехали с детьми — ключи получили моментально, и сразу смогли пойти отдыхать».Понравилось абсолютно всё! Боровец — прекрасное место для семейного отдыха. В жилье было очень тепло и уютно, а расположение позволяло легко добираться до склонов и прогулочных троп. Дети в восторге, а мы оценили комфорт и гостеприимство. Обязательно вернемся снова

Modern appartment, very nice hotel, it is a complex of buildings in the Euphoria Club hotel. You can add extra breakfast or also Spa access with extra payments. The room is modern and the owner was quick in answering our questions.

There were 2 problems: 1. Three days before arrival inked the property to prepare the room for 2 children. Nothing was prepared. My children had no linens to sleep in, and I waited for 45 minutes for some “company” to bring us towels and linen for children. Also I did not know how to set the sofa bed for children and I was an afraid to break the bed! The room also was not 100/100 clean when we arrived and i sent out photos to the owner, who was very polite and cooperative at the beginning. 2. The next day I asked toilet paper and shower gel from the owner. He did nothing. I begged for some paper at the reception and the gave me 1 free piece, although section C is not maintained by the hotel itself. I don’t believe that the owner did all this in purpose, i thing he was well organised for a family like us. I hope the owner is better prepared next year and that he has all required object for a 4-people stay.
