The back yard was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we wanted for our stay.

The entire property was dirty. There was trash in the back yard. Dog poop throughout the yard and stuck in the turf that had to be scraped out and picked up. There was bird poop on the outdoor furniture. The spa cover is falling apart which is leaving plastic all over the back yard. The outdoor furniture and entire patio/back yard was caked with dirt and had to be completely hosed off and wiped down prior to being used. The tile floors inside the house were disgustingly filthy. My daughter’s feet were black after having walked barefoot on them for only a short amount of time. There was coffee grounds and food crumbs inside of the kitchen cabinets. The ice maker in the freezer does not work nor does the reverse osmosis/drinking water. There was a dead fly on top of the painting in the guest bathroom. The medicine cabinets were so dirty that they had to be wiped down before we could put our toothbrushes or bathroom items inside of them. The living room television would not turn on and upon discovery, it was unplugged. This was probably because the batteries in the remote were dead so it was just unplugged instead of putting new batteries in it. The couch/loveseat and dining room chairs as well as the rug in the living room were stained and dirty. The baseboards were caked with dirt and hair throughout the entire home. Needless to say, we definitely left the house cleaner than we found it!
