It was nice and clean for the most part
It was clean, but it was some type of pet hair on the couch and floors. Not sure if it was dog or cat hair but it was on my clothes

The location was absolutely perfect! We were able to walk to the boardwalk and the beach. We did not have to worry about parking at all. We were near many restaurants and grocery stores. I do not think we could have picked a better location.

Beware of listing . Read carefully. Listing leads you to believe that unit is right on beach. It is not. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PALMS. IT IS LISTED AS THE PALMS 9. In pictures of unit they show a pool. NO POOL.
