Good location, functional kitchen & primary room was spacious

My husband and I were traveling with my mother-in-law. She was comfortable with three flights of stairs, but this amounted to roughly 90 steps, far more than a standard three-storey walk-up. I feel this is quite misleading and could put guests in a difficult position during their holiday. The shower heads and sink both were having issues with water flow due to hard water build up in the faucets (they need to be cleaned) and there was some mold in the one shower. Would recommend providing more towels and a better kitchen towel.
