Abi was available and very helpful.

The beds were not comfortable at all. They should also leave more cleaning products, beach towels, since we were stayinf for two weeks.

Clean, modern, spacious apartment; perfect for a family of 4. Fantastic views from 3 balconies. Great little swimming pool. Really helpful staff who responded quickly to any small issues. Good location as long as you have a car.

Very steep winding roads to access the property, not for the faint hearted! Parking possible on the street in low season so we opted to avoid the parking garage (the road into this looked pretty intimidating!). Bring your ear plugs, there are some dogs barking nearby, though otherwise (when they stop!) it is lovely and peaceful.

The property boasts lovely views over the coastline and a multitude of terraces. It is very peaceful there. The flat is fully equipped.

The check-in process was a disaster. I called three hours ahead so that we could meet at the property. They weren't there, when I arrived with my two small children. Another two calls with messages left on their answering machine remained unanswered. Finally I had to drive into town to pick up the keys myself. When I confronted them in their office, they just shrugged their shoulders. Bad service doesn't quite capture it. The rooms are small. The driveway leading to the garage is tiny and very steep meaning that literally everyone burns their tires on the first try. The depuradora which keeps the pool clean broke during our stay. It was fixed a couple of days later. Quite a few smaller things needed fixing in the flat sich as a loose water tap and missing screws on a sunbed. Stuff like this should be fixed before the guests arrive in my opinion.
