North Fork Vacation Rental: 28 Mi to Yosemite

Door code was a house.

Everything was great. But after the long hikes a hot tube would have been nice. We still made the right choice and would rent it again.

The kitchen is clean and fully equipped, with plenty of cookware, dining ware, and utensils for preparing family meals during my stay. All the appliances were in good condition. The living room offered generous space and comfortable couches perfect for relaxing and enjoying movie nights after a long day exploring Yosemite.

There’s a significant pothole at the entrance of the driveway that makes it very difficult to get in and out, especially for non-AWD vehicles. I’d strongly recommend addressing this issue. The back section of the house including the small living room and two bedrooms has very minimal air conditioning coming through the vents. It seems these rooms may have been added later and the AC unit doesn’t adequately cover them. During my stay, temperatures reached 100°F, and those rooms were unfortunately uncomfortable. The shower head in the master bathroom has extremely low water pressure more of a drip than a proper shower. The faucet, oddly enough, has much stronger water flow than the shower head. At one point, I genuinely wished I could shower using the faucet instead.
