The apartment is conveniently located close to several supermarkets, including a Dino Express just a three-minute walk away, while Mercadona and Lidl are approximately 1.5 km away by car. There are also several excellent restaurants nearby. The closest beach, Playa de la Arena, is only a ten-minute walk from the property. We always found plenty of parking spaces directly in front of the apartment. The accommodation itself is very spacious and is an excellent choice for families. It was also fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. We had everything we needed. There is an excellent view from the terrace.

The only improvement the property would benefit from is separate air conditioning in both bedrooms. Only the living room was equipped with air conditioning, and it was not powerful enough to cool the bedrooms. As a result, the bedrooms became quite hot in the evenings, and even when we left the terrace doors open overnight, it took several hours for them to cool down. It was also somewhat inconvenient that the condensation water from the air-conditioning unit was collected in a bottle that had to be emptied every five to six hours; otherwise, it overflowed onto the balcony. The property manager should consider finding a more permanent solution to this issue. Nevertheless, the many advantages of the property far outweighed these inconveniences. So, I encourage every family to book!

Nem két hálószobás apartman, az egyik háló az egyben konyha/nappali. Karbantartásra szorul (folyatós lefolyó miatt az egyik WC használhattalan volt)
