House was clean and well represented by the photos. Beds were comfy and towels were brand new. Communication was fantastic.

Disappointed with kitchen supplies. I was going to cook for 7 on the Saturday night, but the utensils were sparse. House was a little cluttered, for 7 adults... Better suited for families with young children. The crockery (in the draws) is well overdue for replacement, a lot of chipped bowles. With that said, the table was set with crockery and it was nice, but we just put all that aside as it was too much to clean and reset. No larger bowls to serve snacks out of. Coffee machine was not working, but the electric jug did the job. The backyard was unkept, but we had not planned to use it, it just looked uncared for. Bins were overfull when we arrived.

Unfinished renovations everywhere, back toilet blocked on arrival and rendered unusable for our stay, very mish mash style of house, very used rug in lounge that was placed over new carpet was awful, doors don’t open easily and need shaving at the bottom to glide and open easily, very unappealing from the street, not quite like the listing online 🫩
