I like the location at Fort Morgan. It was clean and well furnished.

I was sent the wrong gate code and could not get in. The door keypad would not work properly. It would “spin and spin” and could not get in. Had to call and get the key from the stairwell. Then, I had no parking pass although the multiple emails said it would be in the condo in the kitchen. I called the number provided and she worked to get this all sorted out. It was very frustrating to begin the stay. The keypad was a nuisance the entire time we were there. It might or might not unlock correctly. After a frustrating time and concern with car being towed we got the parking pass thing worked out. The communication on the parking pass was very frustrating and the email was screenshot and sent showing the incorrect info sent to me.

We loved staying here! the amenities were very clean. it wasn’t overcrowded at all. the property is located at the more secluded part of gulf shores, which we enjoyed. also, it is only five minutes to the ferry to dauphin island

as mentioned in the property description, the property is under construction. the workers nor the loudness did not bother us. however, a lot of the construction materials were in the walkway which could be a safety hazard, especially for small children

Room was clean and comfortable, served it’s purpose

Elevators were hot and made a lot of noise like they were about to fall down, no clear path to the beach, farther away than it was advertised $40 per parking ticket
