L'appartement est très bien équipé (belle TV, L.L, L.V...) , bien situé , à mi chemin entre la ville et le quartier de l'université, proche des Halles, calme car donnant sur l'arrière du bâtiment (jardinet). La place de parking sécurisée, bien que située dans une autre rue, est un plus.
Il n'y avait pas d'alèse ; l'eau de la douche n'était pas assez chaude (notamment le jour de l'arrivée). Une lampe d'appoint dans la chambre serait appréciable et les volets extérieurs gagneraient à être refaits pour plus de sécurité par rapport au RDC.

- récupération des clés facile avec la conciergerie en ligne - literie confortable - cuisine bien aménagée
- Le parking est très éloigné du logement et beaucoup trop étroit - Eau chaude ne fonctionne pas ou trop peu (robinet eau chaude à fond : on peut aisément laisser la main dessous sans se bruler, c’est tiède+) - mauvaise isolation phonique entre le hall / escalier et l’appartement et ce malgré la pièce sas - terrasse / jardin non privatifs et pas entretenus - salle de bain refaite en cache misère
