Nice and modern. Convenient location. Provided basic stuff like oil, coffee and water which was appreciated.
The location wasn’t the prettiest and some social issues but no more than similar locations of other cities.

Room is well equipped (tableware, cookware, kettle, large fridge, no microwave though) and design is well thought out. Staying is indeed comfortable! Close proximity to subway (~20 minutes of direct ride, ~1 hour to the airport), large supermarket in 5 min walk. Neighborhood felt safe-ish. Has good air-conditioning, nice balcony but not a particularly interesting view from my room. Building has a small elevator, lobby is clean.
Room's condition is a bit beaten up: scratches on bar table, marks on wall and on sofa, it is apparent this apartment gets frequently visited.
